本课程是集成电路设计的专业选修类课程,主要针对高年级本科生开设。也可作为有电路基础的计算机专业或相关电类专业本科生的选修课。先修课程包括基础电路理论、半导体物理与器件、信号与系统、模拟集成电路设计。课程内容主要围绕典型的数模混合集成电路(例如模数转换器),讲授数模混合集成电路设计的知识和技能。课程以讲授为主,通过作业和大型设计进行电路设计的相关训练。

 

*课程简介(Description

This course is an elective course for the major of integrated circuits design, but can also be used as an elective course for the related majors such as computer engineering or electrical engineering. The main prerequisite courses are Basic Circuit Theory, Semiconductor Physics and Devices, Signal and Systems, and Analog Integrated Circuits Design. The course will use an exemplary mixed-signal/analog circuit, such as analog to digital converter, as an example, to teach about the knowledge and skills related to mixed-signal analog circuit design. The major form of this course is lecturing in class, and the students will get trained in circuit design through homework and course projects.

知识架构:

1.了解数模转换、模数转换的基本原理等;

2.掌握ADC的基本工作原理;

3.掌握不同模数转换器的架构

4.  掌握某一种模数转换器(例如SAR-ADC)的各个模块的工作原理及基本设计方法

 

Knowledge Hierarchy

1.         Understand the basic theory of data converter;

2.         Understand the basic theory of ADC;

3.         Get familiar with the structures of different kinds of ADC;

4.         Have a good command of the theory and design method of all the modules in a certain kind of ADC, such as SAR-ADC.
