*课程简介(Description

本课程是集成电路设计的专业基础类课程,主要针对高年级本科生开设。先修课程包括基础电路理论、半导体物理与器件、信号与系统。也可作为有电路基础的计算机专业或相关电类专业本科生的选修课。课程以讲授为主,通过作业和大型设计进行电路设计的相关训练。其主要教学内容和目标如下:

(一)知识体系

(1) 领会集成电路在晶体管层次的构成和工艺技术,了解深亚微米工艺的特殊性和复杂性;

(2) 掌握集成电路的基本单元晶体管的直流/交流电特性分析;

(3) 掌握运算放大器的非理想性和主要结构和设计方法

(4) 了解模拟集成电路相关技术的国际期刊

(5) 了解当前模拟集成电路产业领域的新技术和主要研究方向

(二)能力培养

(1) 熟练使用HSPICE等工具进行晶体管层次仿真;

(2) 学习Cadence工具的使用技能;

(3) 熟悉模拟集成电路设计的基本问题、分析方法、设计方法以及应用这些方法解决实际问题的能力;

(4) 培养学生针对电路设计提出问题、分析问题的能力;

(5) 训练基本的文献阅读能力以及专业技术的表达能力;

(6) 培养学生团队协作的能力。

*课程简介(Description

This course is a basic course of integrated circuit design, but can also be used as an elective course for the related majors such as computer engineering or electrical engineering. The main prerequisite courses are basic circuit theory, semiconductor physics and devices, signal and systems. The major form of this course is lecturing in class, and the students will get trained in circuit design through homework and course projects. The main teaching contents and objectives are shown as follows:

1.       Knowledge Hierarchy

(1) The understanding of the composition and technology of integrated circuit in the transistor level, and the particularity and complexity of the deep submicron technology;

(2) The analysis of AC / DC characteristics of transistors, the basic unit of integrated circuits;

(3) Study the non-idealities and structures of amplifiers, as well as the design methods;

(4) Know about the International Journals of analog integrated circuits;

(5) Know about the novel technology and the main research direction of analog integrated circuit industry.

2.       Abilities Cultivation:

(1) Have a good command of software such HSPICE, to do transistor level simulation;

(2) Learn the basic skills about Cadence;

(3) Get familiar with the problems in analog integrated circuit design, the basic analysis method and design method, and to solve practical problems using the methods mentioned above;

(4) Learn how to come up with questions and how to analyze problems in circuit design;

(5) Learn how to do literature search and to use professional languages in circuit analysis;
